Hi all,
I thought some of you might be interested - the Future Drop is an up-and-coming company that offer the best dance classes I’ve ever come across. The beauty is they are catered for just about everyone - no technique or coordination required.
For those of you who want to keep fit and in shape, these classes are kind of perfect. AND the best part, they don’t feel like exercise. Which is the best kind (until sitting on your ass eating ice cream starts to burn serious calories).
